Hand Writing Note

How to instruct

I accept instructions in personal injury, clinical negligence, and employment-related psychological injury cases from solicitors, courts, and other professional bodies.

I do not accept instructions from litigants in person.

If you would like to discuss a potential instruction, I am happy to advise on suitability and scope before formal instruction.

Initial enquiry

A brief enquiry is sufficient. It is helpful to include:

  • Nature of the case

  • Questions to be addressed

  • Any deadlines or hearing dates

  • Location of the claimant

Relevant documentation can be provided at a later stage if required. Documents should be provided electronically. Paper documents sent by post are not accepted.
